🍞Soon-to-be-opened bakery hiring Barista/FOH Staff!🍞 Who Are We? A small bakery specializing in bread, baked goods and specialty coffee. We are set to open in a few months and aim to provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service and connecting our community to real food and the people who make it. The Position Warmly greet and serve customers, ensuring everyone walks away feeling happier than when they came in Jump right in the morning and make the perfect espresso. That likely means you have 1-year (or more) experience in a specialty coffee environment, and that you can operate an espresso machine in your sleep. Maintain product knowledge of our suite of baked goods. What we’re looking for: Prior retail or customer service experience a plus. Passion for baked goods and fresh coffee Eye for detail – you’re detail-oriented and aware that the details make the difference Team player and willing to foster a positive environment.
