Description

I need a building-wide re-wiring of an apartment building with 16 studios and 2 one bedroom apartments. Original wiring already removed. All 18 apartments have their own brand new service panels and breakers, you will need to route, secure and connect new wiring runs, however conduit is already installed. All 18 apartments will need 2 appliance circuits and a 20 amp circuit for lights and receptacles with GFCI for the bathrooms and kitchens. $30,000 paid in cash.
