The 14th Annual Louis Gregory Symposium on Race Unity Keynote Speaker will be Vicki Spriggs, CEO of Texas CASA, and she'll be joined in a panel discussion by Dr. Richard Reddick, UT Austin, and Greg Casar, democratic candidate for US House District 35. The theme for this year's symposium is 'Nurturing Humanity: Race Brave, not Race Blind'. Commemorating Louis Gregory's historic visit to Austin, Texas in 1920 for the ​purpose of creating racial amity in America. This annual event honors the work of Louis Gregory and asks participants to join together to consider what can be done to continue his life-long vision of creating racial amity and equity.
