Work space wanted for metal sculpting

I am a metal sculpter, I create art out of melted metals. I am looking for a location where I can weld, melt metal and make noise with a grinder, hammer, drill, etc. and not bother anyone. A garage, a shack, tool shed, barn, etc. as long as there aren't any neighbors around to complain. Willing to share space with other artists. Willing to drive upto 50 miles if I have to. I'm afraid I can't afford to pay very much, $100/month at most. I am a military veteran living on a disability pension also working part time at a doggy day care just to make ends meet. Art is my love and metal sculpting is my passion. I enjoy being able to express myself creatively and it helps greatly with my ptsd.
