AREAA Inland Empire Presents the First Annual May the Fourth Be With You Event AREAA Inland Empire invites you to our First Annual May the Fourth Be With You, an event benefitting the Knock Knock Angels and Family Foothill Shelter, with entertainment provided by a live DJ, a traditional Lion Dance, and a special appearance by The Inland Empire Squad of the 501st Legion. This event will have all the key components to guarantee fun is had by people of all ages. That includes delicious food and drinks, 360 photobooth, incredible raffle prizes and much more! Our goal is to hit our fundraising goal of $10,000 and we can’t do it without your help! Interested in becoming a sponsor? Sponsorship opportunities and tables for purchase are available. Take a look at our sponsor packages: $7500 Title Sponsor: Most prominent banner placement, logo placement on promotional flyers and event marketing collateral, 5 minutes of event speaking time, slide show recognition, social media, and video recognition. $850 table sponsor: Includes 10 tickets, Slide show recognition, social media, video recognition $500-$2,500 A La Carte Sponsors: donations will be used to cover event services or vendors. Donors will be acknowledged via a banner at the vendor's station that their contribution went towards. The Program: 6:00: Doors Open 6:00 – 8:00: Food and drinks served 6:30: Opening Events 7:15: Check Presentation to the representatives of Knock Knock Angels and Family Foothill Shelter and The Inland Empire Squad of the 501st Legion arrive 8:00: Meet & Greet with & Photos with 501st and all entertainment festivities begin! 11:00: Event ends Don’t forget to come dressed in your best Star Wars gear and merch!
