⚡⛏🔧Monarch Investment is actively interviewing qualified maintenance candidates for an Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team at The Colonial located at 3022 1/2 North 97th Street Omaha, NE 68134. 🏢 Full-time 40 hours and some on call. Main duties will be prepping make-readies and some service request repairs. Need to have: Valid drivers license, reliable transportation, pass drug screening, and basic maintenance related experience preferred (painting, cleaning, drywall, light fixtures, bathroom/kitchen plumbing etc) willing to train the right candidates.
