The Ujima Center IS OPEN. We have a proud partnership with the Greater Realness Cathedral to provide support to the Town & Country area. The Ujima Center is OPEN. We have a community gym available for Town and Country residents between 9am-7pm currently. When childcare services open on May 31st, we will be open from 6am-7pm. We have physical therapy services available so that you can receive care in your neighborhood. We focus on chronic disease prevention and management. Yes! A COFFEE/TEA SHOP will be coming soon as well. Interested in increasing your physical activity level, need education and training related to diabetes, heart disease, cancer, obesity, COVID, or other chronic conditions and diseases, or need assistance with moving better?
