Join Sabrina Rollo of Vigor + Sage for breathwork sessions to promote a healthy emotional, physical and mental state. Breathwork, also known as Pranayama yoga, is a healing modality. From the Sanskrit; prana or breath is the life-force; yama is to suspend or restrain. It is a two part breath through the mouth that opens up and activates the chakras, releases energetic blocks and takes you into a deep theta state of relaxation and healing. Pranayama breathwork brings about an inner stillness and a deep connection with the present moment and with our bodies. As we breathe we can sense our spirit coming into our bodies as a vibration and an energy. When people feel this, they heal and start unblocking. They let go of the past and all the stuff that they are holding onto to that's keeping them stuck and out of the moment. Sabrina Rollo is an intuitive healing guide, dancer, and Mother of 2. She holds a degree in Dance Science, is certified in Hatha Yoga, Therapeutic Yoga, Reiki I and II and Past Life Regression. She has trained in Breathwork and Cranio-Sacral Therapy and is currently immersed in a sound healing course. Sabrina is passionate about authentic personal fulfillment and the profound life changes that can happen when we learn to regulate our emotions and create boundaries. With gentle support, connection, and compassion, she holds conscious space for her clients to go deeper into recognizing their own loving presence and break free from limiting patterns. Sabrina currently practices in Southern California and works virtually with group and private clients all over the world. Attendees should bring a blanket, water bottle or anything that will support your physical comfort while laying down during a breath guided meditation. Some people like to bring crystals or sentimental objects that come from home or an alter as support for spiritual assistance or grounding. The most important part is you show up for your meditation. We strongly reccomend arriving ten minutes early so that you have time to get comfortable.
