SECAUCUS, NJ — Released by Secaucus police, all the arrests for that time period: On Dec. 1 at 4:06 p.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 35-year-old man, Hassan Baucum of Philadelphia, PA for one outstanding warrant issued out of Newark, NJ in the amount of $125. Mr. Baucum was also charged with Possession of CDS believed to be Marijuana [2C:35-10A(4)]. Newark did release Mr. Baucum on his own recognizance pending a future court date. Mr. Baucum was servedhis complaint summons, issued two motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody. On Dec. 1 at 6:40 p.m., the Secaucus Police Department assisted the U.S. Marshall Service in taking into custody a 31-year-old man, Mamadou Barry of Brooklyn, NY for one outstanding warrant issued by the New York City Police Department with no bail for a homicide. He was arrested on County Avenue and U.S. Marshalls had information he would be in the area, said Secaucus police. Mr. Mamadou was taken into custody and further charged by the Secaucus Police Department with being a Fugitive from Justice [2A:160-10]. Mr. Barry was served his complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail. Secaucus police had no information on who the murder victim is. On Dec. 2 at 12:41 a.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 30-year-old male, Mybrun McCray of Paterson, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Montvale, NJ in the amount of $1,000 along with 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Fair Lawn, NJ in the amount of $500.00. Mr. McCray was also charged with Possession of CDS believed to be Marijuana [2C:35-10A(4)]. Fair Lawn did release Mr. McCray on his own recognizance. The Montvale accepted a partial bail in the amount of $100 for the outstanding warrant issued out of their agency. McCray was issued his complaint summons along with 3 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody. On Dec. 2 at 9:25 a.m., Secaucus Police responded to the area of 350 Seaview Drive on a report of a motor vehicle accident. During the investigation, the police arrested a 27-year-old male, Markiese Chandler of Paterson, NJ in the amount of $200. Chandler was released on his own recognizance pending a future court date. Mr. Chandler was issued 1 motor vehicle summons and was released from police custody. On Dec. 2 at 12:51 p.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 39-year-old male, Piero Peronadavila of Union City, NJ in the amount of $750. The Union City Police Department did release Mr. Peronadavila on his own recognizance pending a future court date. Mr. Peronadavila was issued three motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody. On Dec. 2 at 3:09 p.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested an 18-year-old female, Tanysia Kitchings of Paterson, NJ for Possession of CDS believed to be Methamphetamine [2C:35-10A(1)]. Ms. Kitchings was issued her complaint summons along with two motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody. On Dec. 2 at 5:21 p.m., the Secaucus police observed a suspicious vehicle in the parking lot of the Extended Stay America Hotel located at 1 Meadowlands Parkway. During the investigation, the police arrested a 28-year-old female, Victoria Mcneill of Wayne, NJ for one outstanding NCIC warrant issued by the Passaic County Sheriff's Office with no bail. Officers from the Passaic County Sheriff's Office responded to Secaucus Police Headquarters to take into custody Ms. Mcneill for transport back to their agency. On Dec. 3 at 9:29 a.m., Secaucus Police responded to UPS located at 493 County Avenue on a report of a male at the facility attempting to pick up a package without authorization from the owner of the package. During the investigation, a 27-year-old male, Shaquille Reece of Brooklyn, NY ran from the police before ultimately being arrested and taken into custody, after a brief foot pursuit, for Theft of Identity [2C:21-17A(1)], Obstructing the Administration of Law [2C:29-1A], Possession of CDS believed to be Marijuana [2C:35-10A(4)], Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2], Trafficking in Personal Identifying Information of Another [2C:21-17.3A], Conspiracy [2C:5-2A(1)], Resisting Arrest [2C:29-2A(2)] and 2 counts of Possession of a False Government Document [2C:21-2.1D]. Mr. Reece was served his complaint warrant along with one motor vehicle summons for a parking violation and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail. On Dec. 3 at 10:00 a.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 24-year-old male, William Azabache of Kearny, NJ for Possession of CDS believed to be Marijuana [2C:35-10A(4)]. Mr. Azabache was served his complaint summons along with 4 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody. On Dec. 3 at 5:55 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to the Rodeway Inn located at 155 Rt. 3 East on a report of a possible robbery. During the investigation, the police arrested a 38-year-old male, Jessey Diaz of Jersey City, NJ for Possession of CDS believed to be Alprazolam [2C:35-10A(1)], Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2] and Theft of Property Lost or Mislaid [2C:20-6]. Mr. Diaz was served his complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail. On Dec. 4 at 2:51 a.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 23-year-old male, Michael Delarosa of Union City, NJ for Possession of CDS believed to be Marijuana [2C:35-10A(4)], Possession of CDS believed to be Cocaine [2C:35-10A(1)] and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2]. Mr. Delarosa was served his complaint summons and was released from police custody. On Dec. 5 at 1:14 a.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 21-year-old male, Michael Nunez of Clifton, NJ for Possession of CDS believed to be Marijuana [2C:35-10A(4)] and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2]. Mr. Nunez was issued his complaint summons along with two motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody. On Dec. 5 at 3:10 p.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 30-year-old female, Dominique Mack of Jersey City, NJ for one outstanding warrant issued out of Howell, NJ in the amount of $550, one outstanding warrant issued out of Elmwood Park, NJ in the amount of $500 and one outstanding warrant issued out of Jersey City, NJ in the amount of $100. Mack was able to post bail for the 3 involved warrants, was issued 5 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody. On Dec. 5 at 6:36 p.m., Secaucus police responded to the area of Paterson Plank Road and the Ramp from Route 3 East on a report of a motor vehicle accident. During the investigation, the police arrested a 38-year-old male, Elijah Manna of Brooklyn, NY for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. Mr. Manna was issued his motor vehicle summons for Driving While Intoxicated along with 8 additional motor vehicle summonses and was released into the custody of a responsible adult. On Dec. 6 at 3:21 a.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 26-year-old male, Shiquan Martinez of Hoboken, NJ for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. Mr. Martinez was issued his motor vehicle summons for Driving While Intoxicated along with three additional motor vehicle summonses and was released into the custody of a responsible adult. On Dec. 6 at 8:14 a.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 48-year-old male, Eric Birth of Edmond, OK for one outstanding warrant issued out of Englewood, NJ in the amount of $500. Birth was able to post bail for the involved warrant, was issued 1 motor vehicle summons and was released from police custody. These charges are merely accusations and the defendants is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
