Non profit organization are welcome. However, NO religious or political organization will be allowed. All items MUST be family friendl. NO adult material or profanity is allowed. Event coordinator and staff reserves the right to inspect items being sold by vendors to verity they fit in one of the allowed vendor categorie. If items being sold are believed to be inappropriate, or do not fit in one of the allowed categ the vendor will be asked to remove items or leave the even. If vendor is ask to leave the event they will not be issued a refund. Vendor will be assigned spaces upon arrival the day of event.Please arrive early to allow plenty of time to check in and set up. Only limit amount of jewelry vendor will be allowed. Vendors are expected to keep their spaces clean throu the event. All vendors are required to have a CA seller permit. All food vendors are required cottage food permit. If you are food vendors please contact us after purchase the ticket. No refunds will be issued unless the event is call Ellen by the coordinator. Vendors are responsible for providing everything necessary for their set up. No tables or display will be provided. Ez up or umbrella is allowed. Vendor spaces is 10x10ft. All you set up MUST fit within your space you have purchase. NO DISPLAY OVER 5ft tall are allowed. plenty of free parking is available behind Fillmore city hall. LOAD IN Vendor set up start from 8am to 10am. NO vendor that arrives after event start time will be allowed to set up! You are welcome to park next to the park to unload . All vendor vehicles must be moved after unloaded. DOLLY is recommended. NO TABLES, UMBRELLA, EZ UP, ELETRICTICY WILL BE PROVIDED. Vendore will not be allowed to pack their spaces until end of event. Buy purchasing a space you agree to stay until the end of event. Vendor that leave early may not be conside for future events. VENDOR AGREEMENTS by purchasing a space you agree to keep your space nice, clean and availabel to custuners until the end of event. You are responsible to cleanup your space after event end. You are responsible for all sales transactions and resulting tax liabilitie. Please have a copy of CA seller permit present with you. All vendors are responsible for running and operating their own business and federal laws. This event can’t garuntee either a certain number of sale or cer number of customers coming to the show. Participation in this event is at your own risk. Event coordinator is not responsible for acts of god and extreme Mother Neture. This is rain or shine. No refunds will be issued unless event is cancelled by coordinator.
