Welcome to the sign up page for the first ever HOW-Central Ca Kern County event! Hello Heroes! We are excited to be holding our first ever event in Kern County. We will be fishing Lake Webb at Buena Vista Aquatic Recreation area. Our target species will be Bass and Crappie. Please arrive no later than 8:00 am on event day. We are hoping for a great turn out for our first Kern event. We will be sending out an email the week of the event to go over the details of what to bring and how to dress for the day. We are looking forward to seeing our HOW family again and hopefully sending you home with some Cappie. Bass will be released. See you all on April 30th!!
