COUNSELING AND SOCIAL CHANGE PROGRAM GRADUATION Dear Counseling and Social Change Agents! Congratulations on your upcoming graduation from SDSU! In honor of all your hard work, we would like to invite you to the 2022 Counseling and Social Change Graduation Reception on Sunday May 1st at 1:30 PM. Check-in begins at 1:00 PM-- Please arrive early. Graduates will receive a certificate of completion and will have the opportunity to celebrate with their fellow CSC grads, faculty, family and friends. Students who graduated in Dec. 2021 or intend to graduate in Spring or Summer of 2022 are welcome to attend. Please note: You must register to attend. Personalize Your Graduation ExperienceWe are working hard to create a meaningful graduation celebration for you. Please see below for ways to get involved in personalizing your CSC graduation experience. • PARTICIPATION IN THE CEREMONY-- During the ceremony, graduates will be invited on stage to receive a certificate of completion from the CSC program. Graduates can choose to walk by themselves or invite others in their life (family, friends, partner, etc.) to accompany them on stage and stand beside them. In addition, graduates and/or their guests will be invited to share a few words at the ceremony. Please note: Speaking at graduation is not required. This is YOUR day, so do what feels best for YOU! • PHOTO SLIDESHOW --As part of the celebration, we will compile a photo slideshow of the graduates to be displayed at graduation. The slideshow will include photos of the graduates along with a quote or short saying they would like included on their individual slide. We strongly encourage ALL graduates to participate.
