Residental Responsible Person for Independent Senior Living Apartment complex This position requires someone to live on-site and be available 24 hours/day for tenant emergencies, tenant maintenance requests, tenant complaints, keeping management informed on activity in the building, and performing small maintenance tasks for management. The responsible person shall be given an apartment as a condition for employment. This position is ideal for someone semi-retire, is organized, able to lift at least 50 pounds, resourceful, and computer literate.
