Looking for a serious, skilled, budget-friendly, fast, and high-quality worker (attentive to detail) [handyman] or [contractor] to convert a 13x13 room into a new kitchen / washer-dryer shared space and demo old. We need someone who can do the following: + Do rough plumbing and tie-into existing crawl-space main plumbing (all ABS) + Install single-piece base cabinets (x3) ~77 to 96-inches and x1 top-cabinet. Cabinets are solid and heavy (you will need strong help to move and mount) + Install pre-fab countertops (Uni-marble type, nothing fancy) + Install appliances and finishes (incl, farm sink, garbage disposal, electric dryer, electric cooktop - no dishwasher) + Install dryer/hood vents into roof + Install moulding around top-cabinet + Demo work and clear More details can be provided, but these are the basic labor requirements you MUST meet for serious consideration: + fair, honest, reasonable pricing + has a clear payment schedule that meets milestones (not just random percentages) + punctual and can commit daily full shifts until project complete + can start immediately (upon hire) + has their own tools/equipment/truck for material, appliance, and countertop pick-up + has references of previous similar jobs + has pictures of previous similar jobs that they've done + local to south bay + able to share state ID before job begins Please share your phone number (and other information asked above) and we will discuss budget before you even come to the property.
