We're looking for someone to help with a unique project on Olive Drive in Concord. It's not a permanent job. If you want experience doing a variety of construction projects for a few months though this is right up your alley. No experience is necessary, but being dedicated & eager to learn is. We have a lot of skill to pass on.
We'll start by building a rain water collection system and doing some re-grading. Then we'll be doing some minor remodeling and interior plumbing work.
This will involve:
Building a retaining wall out of concrete chunks & moving dirt;
A small amount of concrete work;
Installing drain lines & pump piping;
Running an electrical line;
Building a rain water collection system;
De-constructing and re-building a fence;
Building a staircase;
Misc. interior remodeling;
Reinforcing floor framing;
Replacing galvanized pipes with Pex plumbing.
Most of the work will be outside. The last two items are in a crawlspace, but there's a lot of room. If this seems like something you might be interested in please reply via email or text.
