We are currently seeking an experienced Floating Maintenance Technician to service our portfolio. This position will have a home base in Alameda but will assist properties throughout the Bay Area. General maintenance knowledge is required including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting. Experience with appliance repair and/or pool maintenance is a plus. Strong customer service skills are essential due to the constant interface with residents. Responsibilities also include a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours emergencies. We are looking for an individual who is a team player with a willingness to go the extra mile to get the job done. Compensation: $25 to $30 per hour depending on experience, plus medical and dental benefits, 40lk, tuition reimbursement, and paid vacation. This position provides an opportunity for advancement. Candidates are required to have reliable transportation, their own tools, a valid driver’s license, and auto insurance at all times during employment.
