Our merry band of musicians (okay, just three of us now!) are lkg to add a player or two. Right now, we have me on guitars/vocals/songwriter. Upright bass player/singer. Female singer. We are all in our late 50s/60s. We'd like to add a player or two, particularly those who write and sing. But, honestly, if you're just looking to play for fun, this is probably a good place to start. The current songs run from folk/country to rock/jazz with a good dose of pop. The songs are relatively sophisticated. We are not a working band nor do we want to be. We just play the local open mics and might do a gig or two if it feels right. But, really, it's about good friends getting together and sharing some music. We are a fun and very open bunch. At this point, things are mostly acoustic, they don't necessarily have to stay that way, but it will always be the foundation of what we do.
