Join us in CollegeTown for a free workout class with Journeys In Yoga!
This week is Journeys in Yoga's turn to offer Yoga for you and your friends. Join Suzanne for this all-level flow style Yoga class in CollegeTown. In this class we will move from pose to pose- "flow" style, but it will be moderately paced so that all ranges of experience can participate. Like all of our classes at Journeys, we take a "do what you can and have fun" approach to our Yoga practice!
Please be sure to bring a yoga mat or beach towel, any props you would like to use and water. We ask that you arrive 10 minutes early in order to set your space and be ready in time for class.
