The money is part of the $220 billion budget that was approved on Saturday. Immigration through the refugee program has helped reverse a population decline trend that the region has been experiencing for decades. (Buffalo News)The Buffalo Zoo hosted its exciting Easter Eggsperience event on Sunday. The event was sold-out and was designed for children under the age of twelve. Participants enjoyed a zoo-wide scavenger hunt for eggs along with a photo opportunity with the Easter bunny. The announcement is a result of February legislation allowing farmers to apply for cultivator licenses for adult use on a conditional basis.
