Students from the Carroll County Career and Technology Center earned 18 medals – 9 gold, 5 silver, and 4 bronze – at the Maryland SkillsUSA Leadership and Skills Conference, the state-level competition for high school and post-secondary students who are enrolled in Career and Technology Education (CTE) programs.
