ROCKVILLE, MD — Diamond Catalan, 16, was reported missing in Rockville after she was last seen on Friday, April 8, in the 50 block of University Boulevard East. Diamond is 5-feet tall, has brown eyes and red hair. She was wearing a gray hoodie and gray sweatpants when she was last seen, Montgomery County Police said in a news release.
