Small company is looking for motivated individuals with real landscape experience. We pay 25 an hour paid on Fridays with performance based incentives occasionally thrown in. If you are a hard worker, understand the seasonal aspect of the job (long hours a lot of days- we are a motivated company that likes to work and make money while the money is there to be made. If you are interested in making over 200 a day, this is a good place to be. If you like being treated as a person with a friendly crew that you enjoy being around, (I mean, I'm biased but I enjoy hanging out with me), if you are currently spending money on a gym membership and want to save $50 a month but still want to get ripped, if you like having partial flexibility over your schedule, if you enjoy seeing results and making people happy, if you want a boss that tells you thank you and that they appreciate you EVERY SINGLE DAY... THis is a job for you. People are lining up for this amazing opportunity so we have a few qualifications to weed out people who may not work out. 1) you must have actual experience in landscaping. 2) must be reliable and punctual. 3) you take pride in your work, can pace yourself and keep working even when No one is looking. 4) can follow simple directions and also put together what needs to be done with sometimes vague instructions. 5) YOU MUST HAVE A VEHICLE. NOT UBER, LYFT OR A FRIEND. YOUR OWN VEHICLE. 6) you must have a working cell phone 7) you need to be able to accept a check, zelle or venmo 8) you can be professional on job sites and keep conversations appropriate, refrain from smoking on jobsites, not stand around on the clock and have a positive attitude. (If you are working with us, I can't imagine anyone being anything but elated 🤣) 9) YOU MUST LIVE NEAR SOUTHEAST AURORA- We do care about how far you are driving to get here and if you are more then about 15 minutes away it won't last. We have guys that last but they all live nearby. 10) must be willing to work long days- sometimes until sunset.
