We are a small, family-owned landscaping company that is quickly growing and ready for our 4th and 5th team members to join our team immediately. Essentials - Must have reliable transportation to West Greeley OR a pick-up area near I-25 - Must be able to provide documentation of citizenship - Must be able to speak English - Must be able to take direction from our owner/operator - Must be reliable Foreman Job Description Our ideal foreman will have at least 3 years of landscaping experience. They will be able to drive our truck to job sites with a trailer attached and have a clean driving record. We will provide PTO, employer contribution health insurance after a full year of working with our company and worker's compensation will start immediately. We have awesome swag to wear every day and treat our employees like family. You will work closely with our owner the first season and likely be self-led the following season. Quality separates us from our competitors. We need our foreman to take the reigns and lead his crew all day, everyday. Hard work is a must. Laborer Job Description Experience is not necessary but would be helpful. They will be lifting heavy materials, trimming, blowing off hardscape, digging, and taking direction from our owner and our foreman. Reliability, hard work, and communication is absolutely crucial. This job can grow to a Foreman position with time and dedication to our company. If you think you'd like to work outdoors and want to try something new, this may work for you. The summer days are long but rewarding. We will provide PTO, employer contribution health insurance after a full year of working with our company. Both positions are seasonal Now-November. Open to flexibility in your schedule. Availability during the week is required and often summer weekends are available.
