handyman needed for multiple tasks

Tenant just move out. I am in the process of preparing the rental condo unit for a new tenant. I need a handyman local to Reston for helps with a few tasks: (1) fix/replace an overhead ceiling light fixture that became loose and dropped from the ceiling (see picture) (2) fix a section of slightly cracked ceiling (see picture); (3) replace exhaust fan in master bathroom (see picture); (4) for over-the-range microwave oven: (a) replace light bulb (for cooktop light); (b) wash/clean grease filter: (c) replace charcoal filter (see picture); (5) remove, then clean, then re-install, a dirty HVAC vent (see picture) (6) fix/replace closet sliding door; (7) replace a few bad bulbs (I will provide new bulbs); (8) replace/install two new smoke detectors (old ones are standard Kiddie Firex ones, see pictures attached); I prefer a local handyman who is local to Reston, VA (i.e, within 10-15 miles of Reston). There is a stool in the rental condo unit for jobs requiring same. I prefer that you provide me with a quote/estimate of completing all the above job.
