Genovese, Forde & Wood to Speak at "Bring It Home" This Monday!

We're excited that David Genovese, Founder and CEO of Baywater Properties, and Sarah Forde, Development Director at Federal Realty Investment Trust, will be participating as our guest speakers in the next Bring It Home event this Monday, October 26, at 7:30 pm. As in the past, the event will be hosted by Jayme Stevenson (First Selectman) and Terrie Wood (State Representative, District 141), but the format will be different. Instead of an in-person event, this Bring It Home will be an online webinar, and everyone is welcome to join the conversation.The topic for discussion is development in Darien and state zoning proposals. Both Genovese and Forde have extensive knowledge about developing commercial real estate properties, and in particular, the major development projects currently underway in Darien: Genovese on The Corbin District Project and Forde on The Commons in Noroton Heights.
