We are looking for a Project Superintendent to help lead our teams! The person for this position will have experience in working in civil construction. Our main clientele are municipalities and other infrastructure organizations working with fencing, guard rail, and highway construction. Compensation is dependent on experience or union affiliation. We do offer health benefits and vacation at the end of probationary periods. Description of Duties – Project Execution Scheduling Review new Projects with P. M./Estimator Work with Project Manager/Engineer on Scheduling and Material Coordination Work with Logistics Manager on Fabrication scheduling and Material Coordination Maintain Appropriate Work Force in the Field Execution of Work Work with customers to confirm scheduling of our work and making sure it coincides with our work plan Verify Material is readily available or scheduled for work completion Work with Shop Manager on Equipment use and scheduling Ensure Foreman are completing projects timely Monitor Field Measurement Accuracy and Changes in the Field Project Completion Have Accurate Knowledge of Work Completed Follow up with Punch List Items Notify Project Management to Request Relief of Maintenance Take Photos of Completed Projects Please send your resume, desired compensation and references if available.
