We are looking for a reliable, efficient and capable person for an assortment of work. The pay is cash averaging $20 per hour or for a quick and hard worker 200-300 per day. The work needs to be done to excellent standard, no slacking or cutting corners. There is generally a steady stream of work every few weeks, but we have quite a bit to get done in the next two weeks. Work is in residential or commercial site, so drivers license copy will need to be put on file. Great work leads to more opportunities. If this is not your pay scale, you work by the job, or want the rate of a licensed and insured company and you do not own one, this just isn't for you. We need someone with their own tools and who has or can use a paint sprayer. This week we have 11 doors that need painting. Each side a different color. There is also a 45 x 8 ft breezeway floor that needs to be painted with cement paint. Paint provided. Can be done easily in one day. $300 cash and then we will book the next job if it works out.
