Hello Craigslist, A few months ago I had a very unfortunate mishap occur. I was involved in a hit and run and decided to get my vehicle repaired at Caliber Collision. Since then, a major function in my vehicle no longer works. I drive a convertible and the button to lower and raise the hood is broken. I believe the technician who worked on my vehicle broke the button. I am not sure if this would hold up in court as it is difficult to prove. Caliber Collision has not been helpful, they have not taken accountability, and I have yet to speak with anyone at corporate because they are ignoring my issue. This is a big deal to me because now I can’t use my convertible vehicle. I would like to sue them but I don’t know where to start. Any advice would be great. Thank you
