Lost dog in Savage, MN. She’s friendly but scared, approx 2 ft tall and 30 lbs. black with brown and white markings. Brown spots above eyes. Eyes are bright blue. Not wearing collar but is microchipped. Her name is Katie Jane but she does not respond to it. Will run if you chase but will approach if you open your arms and squat
