Pay you to go to local shelters and see if my dog is there

I live hours away but my dad lives in Fresno and lost his dog. He recently had a minor stroke and is not able to move around much. I would like to pay someone for gas PLUS their time ($10/hour) to go around to the different shelters in the Fresno/Clovis areas to see if the dog is there. Must submit picture proof of each shelter and keep in touch via SMS text messaging. Must also have Venmo or some other trusted payment system. Must have access to a reliable car.
