Sign up with your 6 person team for the 9 Pin Tap Tournament at Classic Lanes Oak Creek! The tournament will take place on May 21st, with registration at 11:30 am and games starting at noon! Sign Up Form: **please follow the instructions on the website on where to send the team sign up form Pay via Eventbrite: The tournament is open to the first 20 teams to register and will close on May 6th unless it is filled before then.
