Asphalt, Striping, Sealcoat Laborer/General Laborer - $16-22 per hour depending on experience -Requires some flexibility in schedule -Willing to be trained in multiple divisions -On-boarding and training provided -Potential for year-round work based on your ability to learn and fit with in the culture -Experience is good but looking more for hard worker, flexible, team player, on time, reliable -We do work weekends and some holidays during our busy seasons Must haves: *Driver’s license *Day, afternoon, and night shifts- most will primarily be day/afternoon shifts Employment type: full-time Job title: Asphalt Striping Laborer/General Laborer We are hiring for NIGHT SHIFT PAVEMENT STRIPERS (7PM-5AM). You may also be required to work day shifts on alternate weeks. Full-time, Part-time. Overtime potential in summer months. Full Job Description: Western Asphalt is a multi-divisional construction company. We have a clear path set up for our employees to grow within the company and fine tune and expand their knowledge through our tried and tested On Boarding and Training programs. We focus on Asphalt Paving, Grading, Sealcoating, Striping and Concrete. We pride ourselves on training and developing our employees so that they can grow and become cross trained in multiple divisions. Responsibilities: -Show up each day on time and ready to work. -Be prepared each day ( Proper work wear, Lunch and Water etc.) -Be open and willing to learn our company's methods and expectations. -Communicate daily with your foreman and fellow crew members. Experience: -Any experience is great and will be discussed. Just be open to being taught our company's methods and operations. Training will be provided at all levels of experience. Skills: -The best skill you can have is to be able to show up on time every day willing to work! Education: -None necessary, but if you have some we will discuss.
