We are looking for a Construction Debris Removal Technician to help support our construction crews. Our Construction Debris Removal Technician will follow crews and remove construction debris or appliances from residential homes. They will ensure a pleasant work environment, with a focus on organizational effectiveness and excellent communication with technicians to ensure job sites are left clean. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: • Ability to drive and follow scheduled pick up times and routes • Cleanly remove construction debris and appliances from client properties • Load/unload equipment and appliances from the central warehouse and other destinations • Communicate well with Project Mangers and Account Coordinators to ensure work is completed accurately and in a timely manner Competencies: • Clean driving record and experience towing/backing up a utility trailer • Effective communication skills, both written and oral • Exceptional organizational skills • Ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize work • Must thrive in an energetic, fast-paced environment while working as a team or independently • Strong interpersonal skills; great team player Education and Experience: Experience Preferred: • 1-2 years of experience in related construction field or moving company Physical Requirements and Work Content: Americans with Disability Specifications: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
