We are looking for a Warehouse Coordinator to help open and manage our new operating facility. Our Warehouse Coordinator will help create and maintain an efficient Warehouse. They will ensure a pleasant work environment, with a focus on organizational effectiveness and excellent communication with technicians, while ensuring inventory is well maintained. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: • Manage inventory levels and reporting • Load and unload parts and equipment • Maintain Warehouse in a neat and organized fashion • Manage orders and warehouse stock through efficient processes • Maintain a warehouse with a “safety first” approach at all times • Regularly work to improve warehouse procedures, increasing efficiency Competencies: • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft applications • Effective communication skills, both written and oral • Must be able to lift, push and pull up to 50 lbs • Ability to operate pallet jacks and hand tools • Exceptional organizational skills • Ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize work • Must thrive in an energetic, fast-paced environment while working as a team or independently • Strong interpersonal skills; great team player Education and Experience: Experience Preferred: • 1-2 years of experience as a warehouse coordinator or field technician Physical Requirements and Work Content: Americans with Disability Specifications: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
