You must be skilled in a wide range of housekeeping functions with responsibility for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the entire resort. You are empowered to move about spaces and do what needs to be done. Whether delivering guest requests, stocking carts, cleaning rooms, public spaces, back of house areas, offices, spa, gym, conference facilities or other similar responsibilities. Positions: Room Attendants, Houseman, and Public Cleaners • Responsible for the support of overall cleanliness of the entire resort. Reports maintenance deficiencies in order to maintain resort in compliance with standards. • Assist in cleaning, as assigned, which includes making beds, changing linens and terry, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, mopping etc. • Strip dirty linens / towels and remove used amenities from room/suite • Check cart for supplies, stock as needed. Replenish linen and guest amenities • Respond to special requests by guests (such as providing extra amenities or service time requests or additional services) • Perform general and deep cleaning tasks of public areas and hallways using standard cleaning products to adhere to health standards. • Perform other duties as requested, such as cleaning unexpected spills and executing special guest requests • Welcome, greet, and escort guests as needed. • Display a friendly, courteous, and professional demeanor in all interactions with guests, patrons, and other team members • Possess a positive, can-do attitude • Must be service and very detailed oriented • Must be a team player • Must have good time management skills and ability to adapt to change. Requirements: • Must be able to bend, stoop, squat and stretch to fulfill cleaning tasks. • Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 40lbs. on a regular and continuing basis. • Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 4 hours in length.
