Job description This quality focused, carpet cleaning and restoration company is looking to fill a full time and part-time water and fire restoration technician position immediately. Experienced candidates are encouraged to apply. As a restoration technician you would be: Providing high-quality water and fire remediation services including to residential, commercial, and property management customers. Engaging with customers in their homes or commercial property in a professional manner. Educating and selling the customer on services needed. Marketing the business during assigned times or off-peak times Able to use software provided to schedule and invoice customers. Uniforms, vehicles, and all cleaning equipment are supplied. Eligible for paid vacation after 90 day of employment. Pay rate will depend on your experience level. WHAT YOU GET PAID AND OTHER BENEFITS WE OFFER You will be paid hourly ($18-25) after 2-3 weeks of training is completed (Training is paid at $15 per hour). Our technicians typically earn between 40-50K a year consistently. You earn 1 week of PAID TIME OFF after 90 days of employment. 6 paid holiday throughout the year Quarterly bonus Retirement savings plan WHAT YOUR WORK LIFE LOOKS LIKE You will have a van to drive to jobs so you will be working independently most of the time. You will have an iPad to interface with our office scheduling software. You will be doing water and fire remediation and decontamination services. You will be getting trained every 3 months on new skills and theory in remediation. Your main priority is cleaning to the highest level and customer satisfaction. We put quality above quantity and give you the time to achieve this. Your hours will be between 30-40 hours a week of work on average. Your days will start at 8am and end at 4pm. SUNDAYS ARE ALWAYS OFF. You will alternate being on call every 3rd week with other technicians. ONLY APPLY IF YOU MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS: Valid CA Drivers License Clean DRUG and Background Screening Ability to lift 75 pounds Cell Phone with Navigation Ability to travel overnight inside or outside of territory. High School Degree or GED Ability to be on call for 24 hour emergency at least 1 week a month. HOURS & PAY: Part-time or Full Time. EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Must have worked with hands before in the past in heavy labor or trade like restoration, moving, hauling, landscaping, ex-military, painting, construction etc. Must be a trainable individual used to working together with leadership in order to achieve team goals. Prior experience is not necessary so we are willing to train. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
