Hi there! I just moved to Truckee and am starting to look for housing. The rent in this area is pretty steep, so I am hoping to find someone who needs a hand with projects around the house. Ideally, we could work something out where rent is partially or fully suspended for services rendered to enhance the property. I am 30 year old male with a versatile skill set. I have worked in construction and roofing on and off over the years and have even built out my own conversion van (which I currently live in). From that project and others, I have extensive experience with wood-working, rubber and shingle roofing, and even some knowledge of electrical systems. Included is a picture of my van build for reference. I can provide references for the other work, as well. I also have experience in housekeeping and petsitting.
