Handyman wanted - $25 an hour

Hello, We have 30 Airbnbs and looking for a handyman to work when we have issues in the apartment. Most common tasks: 1 - Installing new ceiling fan remotes with receiver inside the fan 2 - Replacing a bed base. 3 - Tighten and assemble furniture 4 - Fix blinds or install new blinds 5 - Mount mirrors and paintings on the wall. 6 - patch holes in the wall using plastic stickers or drywall patch 7 - Minor paint jobs. 8 - check on apartments after they get clean to maintain quality. 9 - Change smoke alarm batteries 10 - Change keypad batteries. 11 - Replacing bulbs. 12 - Installing weather strips on the doors. 13 - Installing Noise sensors. We will teach you how to to this. 14 - Installing ring doorbell cameras 15 - Replacing camera batteries. 16 - Fix cabinet doors, towel rack, toilet paper holder..etc. 17 - Replace adhesive floor tiles. The ones that stick. 18 - Replace entire ceiling fan. Most of the time, we will assign the tasks via an APP with a due date based on your availability but you must be able to do them between 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM. For example, if you're available on Thursday then we will go through the tasks and assign some to you for Thursday and you can complete them between 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM unless noted otherwise. You must have a car as the apartments can be in different Areas in Austin. You must be available on Sundays and Mondays here and there. Most of our checkouts are on sunday and monday. You must have experience in repairing and must have your own tools. You must have some technology knowledge and comfortable to use few applications on your phone. You must live in Austin or very close to Austin. Most of the apartments are around UT. Reliability and communication are very important. If you cannot work on a specific day that you told us you can work then you need immediately let us know The pay is $25 an hour.
