Monday through Friday 9am - 5pm with occasional evening/weekend events
The Co-Founder of an impactful organization/non profit in West LA seeks a polished and proactive, experienced Personal Assistant to help manage both professional and personal needs. This is a wonderful opportunity to work with someone who is both kind, industrious and doing something meaningful. Like many working mothers, this client needs a true right hand to help with a myriad of needs on their plate at any given time.
The ideal person will have:
3- 5 years of experience as a Personal/Executive Assistant accustomed to managing a very busy schedule home/work life
Understands how to stream line the boss' day and take things off their agenda to free up time
Have experience working in a home as well as some business needs
Will be discreet and trustworthy
Will be organized, detailed, proactive and excellent at problem solving.
Interest and or experience in non profit work is a huge plus.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Will be able to manage an ever changing schedule for work/kids schedule/events, home repairs etc.
MUST be excellent at email correspondence. Able to always proof read an email and always present in the most polished manner
Previous experience with events, gift buying, home management (interfacing and scheduling vendors)
Experienced with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), iCAL, all Apple products and generally, very tech savvy. Working from their offices, home office as well as your own home at times.
