Entry Level Barge Operator/Laborer

We are a small, family owned company based in the Pacific Northwest with locations in Portland and Seattle. We are looking to fill several permanent full-time positions in Seattle, WA. This is an entry level position that will be working under our barge foreman with crews offloading/loading the barges and doing maintenance and repairs to the vessels equipment. Prior experience working with hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, electrical systems, and diesel engines are preferred but not required, and pay range is DOE. This position requires employees to spend time both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions. The position involves long periods of standing with frequent bending, squatting, climbing of ladders. All tools and PPE are supplied by the Company. Employment is subject to a pre-employment physical and drug screen. Job Type: Full-time
