Responsibilities: – Must be physically able and willing to perform a variety of different types of cleaning jobs: residential housekeeping, post construction cleaning, move-in/move out cleaning, deep cleaning, declutter and professional organizing. Difficulty of jobs ranges from easy to hard! – Completing tasks according to the provided cleaning checklists – Managing a particular area of the client’s home and ensuring a high level of quality – Working with minimal supervision – Assessing a client’s home, prioritizing tasks, and using good judgment and communication to customize the appointment per client’s wishes – Building positive relationships with clients by earning their trust and respect – Complying with proper safety policies, procedures and dress codes – Willing and ready to travel – Transporting all cleaning supplies to and from each visit. – Employees must purchase their own supplies to get started. After 3 months of employment the company will purchase your supplies and materials. – Professionally addressing any complaints or issues and reporting to management – Taking the initiative to delight our clients wherever possible Work hours: We operate roughly 8am–6pm, daily, 7 days a week About The Detailed Cleaner: Since 2019, The Detailed Cleaner has made our clients’ lives better through the simple power of a clean home.
