Responsibilities:
*Transfer data from paper vendor invoiced into our system.
*Track Service inventory as well as business office supplies.
*Track missing invoices to help reconciled service account
* Enter new inventory with accuracy
*Verify and update data
*Answer phones
*Sort, Organize paperwork and file.
*Perform other general office tasks
Requirements:
*Experience in a dealership is a plus
*Must have fast typing skills and be computer literate
*Excellent Knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets
*Working Knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware
*Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills
*Great attention to detail
*High School degree or equivalent
