Lula's Garden is seeking an experienced associate to assist us with deliveries, ensure quality of product, and overall warehouse responsibilities. Delivery Driver Responsibilities (transportation of plants from growers to warehouse) Transport material from our suppliers to our warehouse with our truck (no need for a commercial license, but experience with driving a truck is required). Operate Forklift onsite Ensure Quality Control of all product and continue to build relationships with new growers Warehouse Responsibilities: Assist in the warehouse assembly line to complete all warehouse tasks including but not limited to; inventory, fulfillment, tracking, processing, cleaning, and organizing products Assembly of Gardens - work at our warehouse in building our products and packing them for shipping when not on the road Preparing and packing orders by pulling materials, packing boxes, placing orders in the delivery area Provides quality service by following organization standards Ensure product meets quality requirements Loading/Unloading packages and shipments for delivery Preserves safe and clean working environment for all stations Forecasting & Buying (plan and execute weekly purchases) Plan weekly purchases of plants based on forecasts Develop relationships with current and potential growers Work on long-term growing plan with growers Quality Control QC plants before transport, and during production process Driver (transportation of plants from growers to warehouse) Transport material from our suppliers to our warehouse with our truck (no need for a commercial license, but experience with driving a truck is required).
