Management is looking for a qualified Community (Property) Manager in Panorama City, CA. If you enjoy working with and supporting the senior community and have experience in the end-to-end management of residential property, this opportunity is for you! The Community Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of the community under the guidance of the Regional Manager and the organization. Management responsibilities include but are not limited to the daily administrative, reporting, procurement and purchasing, personnel supervision, maintenance operations, resident relations, social activities, and the overall physical and financial operation of the community. MUST have experience managing 202PRAC properties. Duties Include: 1. Managers act as site coordinators on a daily basis, and are therefore responsible for overseeing the day to day activities of all employees of the property and reporting any violations of company policy and/or procedure to the Property Supervisor. This includes, but is not limited to, insuring employees report to work, fulfill their duties, and conduct themselves in a professional manner. 2. Maintenance of the property and establishing staff schedules. 3. Prepare vacant units: 4. Establishing and enforcing property rules. 5. Ensuring buildings and facilities are in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. 6. Assist with tenant issues, questions or items related to lease terms and regulations. 7. Update tenant directory as turnover occurs. 8. Other duties and responsibilities as directed by the Regional Manager and Organization that are deemed necessary to meet the needs of the community and for professional management of the community.
