I have a beautiful female Doberman that needs to be re-homed. She is 2 years old, she has not been spay yet, needs more socialization with other dogs, cats unknown as well as with children, due to her jumping up and mouth play, being around small children is not encouraged at this time. Up to date on all her shots. I am currently taking care of her, her original person became sick and can no longer care for her. I would, but unfortunately she needs more training time than what I can provide. She was taught that mouthing (being playful) is ok, so now must be taught that it’s not acceptable. She also enjoys playing tug of war with her leash, so needs some leash training. She’s very intelligent and listens, you can tell that she is eager to learn but it will take consistent training. She knows treats, and does well with that style of training. She sits, and fetches. House trained, and no noticeable destructive behavior towards the house when left unattended. She does want to cuddle and be next to her person. She also knows not to enter a room unless told to do so. As well as sitting for her food (that still needs attention) anyway, message me and we can set up a meeting.
