Looking for roommates— Pet friendly!

Hello everyone! I am 20 years old and my partner is 25 this upcoming month, we have 10 animals which consists of 3 large German shepherd mixes and 7 cats. We have been living in the same fourplex for about two years now and are ready to move into a home that has an actual yard and hopefully is on a decently sized piece of property. We are only looking in the Longview/Kelso/Lexington area right now and only are seeking roommates that would be interested in looking at rooms in the same areas. Obviously we don’t care if you have pets but if you have dogs that are cat reactive we won’t be a good mix and if you have any cats that are scared of dogs that won’t be a good for either. We are EXTREMELY 420 friendly so smoking will be allowed literally any and everywhere in the house so major bonus if you are a smoker as well, my fiancé is a trimmer so the house will constantly smell like weed along with the fact we’re smoking it inside so must be okay with that. We don’t drink except for maybe once every 6 months if we are feeling like it and we have been together for almost 3 years and are getting married this October so it will definitely be a stable home. I love to cook and will make dinner every night so if you’re not a big cook you can always just contribute towards the grocery bill as well and I’ll whip us up some good food. I would like to find atleast 2 roommates so we can look at like a real house with atleast 4 rooms so we have a room for each person (my partner and I would share a room obviously), and a smoke/ work from home room that would have my desk and a small smoking area in it, and then obviously a fairly large living room and kitchen and then at least 2 bathrooms. We are looking to move towards the end of December so this isn’t urgent by any means but we want to put feelers out now.
