This person will be a dependable individual with a natural talent to lead and join a Field Operations Crew of Installers and Electricians.   Responsibilities: -To ensure safety, quality, customer service, and productivity as you oversee the successful completion of Solar Installation projects. -Plan, organize and coordinate each job, ensuring that materials and equipment are available to safely and efficiently complete projects. -Organize, motivate and train crew members to complete projects within established guidelines and timeframes while maintaining quality -Handle administrative tasks including but not limited to recording and submitting all relevant paperwork required on each job. -Take daily install photos and maintain records for each job. -Effectively manage all aspects of the solar construction workflow of the project to drive productivity. -Open line of communication with management and other support staff Requirements: -Experience in Solar Installation or the equivalent in Construction -Effective leadership qualities and experience managing a team. -Skills in problem solving and conflict management -Experience with the installation of solar systems on all roof types. -Have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation -The ability to work outdoors exposed to different weather situations. -The ability to tolerate exposure to high places. -The ability to lift a minimum of 70 lbs. -Maintain a professional attitude with Customers and Crews at all times -Be mindful for the safety and health of others.
