Handyman needed for 72 unit apartment complex to assist regular maintenance. Must have basic plumbing/electrical experience. Must have transportation. No criminal history, no history of addiction.
We are looking for about 20-30 hours a month. Flexible hours during the weekday. Must be capable and experienced in handyman work. Basic skills are essential. Must live within the area.
Must be reliable and friendly. Pay is $30/hour.
