Garage Tune-up / Sealing

I have four garage doors. Three are 2 car and one is single. The doors work fine but I think they can use little tune-up and checking up. I want to make sure they are working smoothly. Probably need to be lubricated etc. Additionally, I would like to get the seals / weather strip re-done. The air flows under the garage doors and that brings dirt inside and gets the cars dirty. If these garages were fully sealed, from the airflow pov, that will be excellent. Please sure your rates, background experience, any references, and license details.
