What We Offer • Competitive wages – Starting pay $25/hr, up to $65/hr DOE (Prevailing Wage) • Multiple wage reviews throughout the year • Comprehensive benefits - health, dental, and vision • Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Insurance • Life and AD&D Insurance • 401k w/ company match • Paid time off & paid holidays • Bonus incentives • Opportunities for career advancement • Mobile apps and training programs available to help you further your skills A Day in the Life • Work safely with all members of the crew on installation of architectural sheet metal applications, including: • All exterior façade and cladding applications • Sheet metal siding, roofing and flashings • Weather barriers and waterproofing • Aluminum Composite panel systems • Plate panel and alternate siding applications • Aluminum plate, steel plate, FCP, etc…. • Modify sheet metal components for installation on site using hand and power tools • Mobilize and handle materials by hand, with forklifts and with rigging and hoisting equipment • Install wall panel products using access equipment like boom lifts, scaffolding and elevated work platforms • Drill and punch holes in metal, for screws, bolts, and rivets • Keep a clean and organized work area • Work on roofs utilizing fall protection and other safety measures • Fasten seams or joints together with welds, bolts, cement, rivets, solder, caulks, metal drive clips, or bonds to assemble components to repair sheet metal items What We Are Seeking • Reliable hard working team members for work on commercial construction projects in the Portland/Vancouver metro area with the opportunity to also work on out of town projects • All levels of construction experience are encouraged to apply • Background in architectural sheet metal, cabinetry, carpentry, farm or ranch work, steel fabrication or erection, mechanic work or any phase of commercial construction is helpful • Experience with various architectural metal wall panel systems is a plus • Experience with operating equipment (forklift, boom lift, scissor lift, swing-stage) is a plus • Ability to read and interpret blueprints is a plus • Ability to work and communicate with others is • Ability to problem solve • Ability to safely work at heights • Ability to learn and follow our extensive company safety policy How to Apply Please apply directly online or email me at [email protected]
